MICROFLOW EXTRUDE HONE SERVICES

MICROFLOW is the real-time monitored flow of abrasive media through small passages, such as fuel-injector spray holes. It achieves specific, repeatable processing results, including edge radius, micro-hole size and surface finish. Fuel system manufacturers seeking the best fuel performance require flexible high-flow grinding and high-flow test capabilities to achieve finely tuned orifices in numerous design variations.

RAIL INJECTORS

COMMON RAIL INJECTOR TESTING

When servicing or installing a new diesel engine it is very important to have your injectors tested. A bad injector can cause nearly instant damage to a new or used engine. RCD uses only the highest quality equipment available. You want injectors that are tested to exact OE test specifications and not reverse engineered specifications. It is preferable that their testing equipment is certified by the OEM. The test equipment should not be something they build themselves. You can rest assured you will have accurate results when using RCD.

INJECTORS

HEUI INJECTOR TESTING

All HEUI injectors are tested and calibrated on factory designed and built test benches to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications. They test basic injector functions, nozzle spray patterns and runs injectors at various pressures and operating conditions to simulate the driving conditions injectors will see on the road.

Common Rail Pump Testing Many times a common rail pump is replaced just to find the injectors are actually the problem. Why waste thousands of dollars guessing? Our test bench will test and validate your pump with a printed flow sheet and wave test.
